June 2018 - Present

Read scripts in the pre-production phase, analyze audience contribution metrics, and evaluate Nielsen ratings to develop and present cross-platform programming strategies for all HBO original programming 

Screen and review HBO original series, pilots, documentaries, and specials ahead of their releases to strategize programming efforts across the HBO linear and digital brands

Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Media Relations, as well as the Digital & Social Media teams to ensure a program’s strategy is carried out effectively via all portals

Analyze competitive market trends to implement robust programming and marketing efforts, e.g.  The Sopranos 20th anniversary

Ideate, design and present programming strategy decks to various departments across HBO and MAX brands

Organize partnered events with The Skimm, Viacom, The Wing, Ellevate, NBC, and The NBA on behalf of GenHBO (HBO’s Young Professionals group) and HBO Alianza (HBO’s Latinx group)

Produce live podcast events on behalf of HBO Alianza, e.g. In The Thick with Maria Hinojosa
